- You hold only one account in your own name
- You are not operating your account on behalf of someone else
- You are not an employee of r77u or a member of their family
- You agree to fully cooperate with the required identity verification process
Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on r77u, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided at the time of registration may result in account closure. It is the user's responsibility to update their information immediately if any changes occur.
3.2 Single Account Policy
A maximum of one account is permitted per person. If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. If different members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, this may be subject to verification.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the r77u support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
r77u supports only the following payment methods. Transactions via any method outside this list are not accepted:

4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit via each method is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount depends on the account verification level and the method used. Funds that are not properly verified may be held.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed from verified accounts and via the same method used for the deposit.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
r77u is fully committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Additional identity verification documents may be requested for any suspicious financial activity. Failure to provide documents may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
r77u offers new users a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or a ৳12,000 deposit earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus applies only to eligible users and is valid once only
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — wagering must be completed first
- Bonuses must be used within the set time limit after being credited
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false identities is strictly prohibited
- r77u reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be placed under investigation
5.3 VIP Program
r77u's VIP program has three tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
r77u reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and the cashback calculation method.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operations
All games on r77u are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent, and the outcome of a previous game does not affect the next. There is no human intervention in determining game outcomes.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by a technical error or system malfunction, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.
6.3 Betting Rules
For sports betting, if an event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the bet amount will be refunded. If a bet is left incomplete due to a player's internet disconnection, it will be settled according to the state saved on the server. In any betting dispute, the server record is final.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Improperly exploiting any system error or vulnerability
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Unauthorized access to another user's account or attempted hacking
- Using a false identity or forged documents for account verification
- Applying coordinated betting ("arbitrage") strategies with other users
- Any harmful or fraudulent activity against the platform
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by r77u
r77u may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of terms, participation in prohibited activities, failure to complete identity verification, or suspicious financial activity. In such cases, the legitimate balance (excluding any bonuses) may be returned.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. As part of responsible gaming, contact the support team if you wish to take a temporary or permanent break.
